VILLA IL POGGIOLO – POLICIES
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:
First payment:
50% at booking time, fully refundable up til 30 days before arrival.
Second payment:
the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
The payments can be done to our agency VIP-BOOKING.IT by Bank Wire Transfer, or by online booking on this website bt Credit Card.
If the booking is done less than 30 days before arrival date, the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible.
HEATED POOL, information about heating periods and prices:
– pool heating is included in rental price from April to mid-June.
– pool heating is not needed from mid-June to mid-September.
– pool heating is included in rental price from mid-September to the end of October.
– pool heating is not included in rental price from November to the end of March.
When pool heating is not included in rental price (from November to March), the cost of the service has to be agreed in advance*, upon request of the client.
*The pool heating will be activated only if it is technically possible and if there is enough time to heat up the pool before the arrival of guests.
CANCELATION POLICY
Our standard cancelation policy guarantees that the booking is fully refundable up til 30 days before arrival.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
300 Euros by cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease after the condition of the apartment and furnishings has been checked.
EXTRA COSTS
From May 1st to September 30th:
prices are ALL INCLUSIVE without any added costs for gas, electricity, water or initial/final cleanings.
Use of the Jacuzzi hot-tub included in the rental price.
Bed linens and towels are provided without extra charge, and on your arrival you will find the beds prepared just the way you requested.
Free parking is available on the property which is enclosed by a security gate.
Only from October 1st to April 30th:
the utilities must be paid on the spot by your consumption:
electricity 0,40€ KWh, water 4€ m³, gas gpl 7€ m³
cleaning 150€ for ViP Suite, or 75€ for each ViP Panorama; 300€ in case of rental for the whole villa.
Use of the Jacuzzi hot-tub upon request: 100€ per week.
CAPACITY
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed by the rented units, that we have indicated here on our website.
GUESTS’ REGISTRATION
Upon check-in, all guests, including children, must provide a valid identity document.
This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
TOURIST TAX
Upon check-in, guests have to pay the Tourist City Tax by cash.
1€ per day, per person, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.
TYPE OF RENTAL
This is a “self catering” accommodation: meals will not be provided, there is no Bed & Breakfast service, breakfast and food will not be provided or supplied.
PERIOD OF RENTAL
We are open all year long and we rent weekly, usually from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals: in the afternoon after 4pm.
Departures: in the morning by 10am.
This timetable is necessary in order to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartments between guests’ departures and arrivals.
INFORMATION NEEDED BEFORE ARRIVAL
To better prepare the house and in order to welcome you properly, we need to know in advance:
– how many guests there will be
– how many double beds and/or single beds you will need
– if you need baby high chairs, baby beds and baby changing table
– any other special need
COMMUNICATIONS
communication between guest and host is very important.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
– if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won’t be able to prepare them beforehand.
– if you don’t provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don’t tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your mobile phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
